RAISE April 2026 - My Team

Hello everyone,

As part of the semiannual RAISE process, we need to collect your evaluations of the colleagues in your team.

We ask you to rate the Values using a scale from 0 to 10, based on performance observed during, and EXCLUSIVELY over, the last 6 months.

We ask that you evaluate professionally.

Below you will find the link to the form to complete the evaluation.

IMPORTANT: scores CANNOT be repeated for the same factor, so we recommend starting from highest to lowest. Use a separate draft if you find it helpful.

Please complete as many surveys as the number of people in your team.

Como parte del proceso semestral de RAISE, necesitamos recoger vuestras evaluaciones sobre los compañeros que tenéis en vuestro equipo. 

Os pedimos que puntuéis los  Valores utilizando una escala del 0 al 10, basándoos en el rendimiento observado durante y EXCLUSIVAMENTE los últimos 6 meses.

IMPORTANTE: las puntuaciones NO SE PUEDEN REPETIR para un mismo factor, con lo cual recomendamos empezar de mas a menos. Apoyaros de un borrador complementario si lo veis necesario.
