En Embention, we have had a clear mission since 2007: to make it possible for drones to populate our skies.
We provide our more than 700 customers in 70 countries, including internationally renowned companies such as Toyota, Amazon Prime Air and Honda, with Veronte autopilots, critical avionics and software for their professional drones and eVTOLs.
All our systems are developed in accordance with DO-178C, DO-254 and DO-160 standards, and we are the only company in the sector certified by AESA and EASA as POA and APDOA.
The core of our company lies in our R&D team, made up of more than 100 multidisciplinary engineers, who, together with the rest of the team, form a group of 180 professionals with one shared goal: to innovate and push the boundaries of UAV technology.
After a record-breaking 2025, marked by outstanding stock market performance, the opening of industrial production in the United Arab Emirates and the creation of a subsidiary in the United States, we are looking to continue expanding our team and driving continuous development in R&D.

🌟 What would your mission be?
To drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions within the Automation area, identifying automation opportunities, optimizing the use of data and developing intelligent systems that improve operational performance.
You will take part in the design and implementation of AI-based solutions, from building data pipelines to integrating models, agents and tools that help automate internal processes and improve decision-making.
💡 What will your responsibilities be?
Identify and analyse business processes that could be automated through AI
Participate in the design and implementation of solutions based on machine learning, generative models and intelligent systems
Develop, maintain and optimize data pipelines to enable efficient use of data
Collaborate on the creation of solutions based on RAG, vector databases and architectures designed to leverage internal knowledge
Support the development of agents and internal tools to automate tasks and improve the efficiency of different teams
Integrate AI solutions with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, internal platforms, APIs and internal tooling
Participate in deployments in cloud or self-hosting environments, depending on project needs
Collaborate on MLOps and LLMOps practices to support the deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of models and AI solutions
Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as MCP to efficiently connect models, data and tools
Monitor the performance of the developed solutions and support their continuous improvement
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the deployment of scalable solutions

Education in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science or a similar field
Basic knowledge or initial experience in data-driven development
Programming knowledge in any language, preferably Python, Golang or other equivalent languages
Interest in automation and the use of AI in real-world environments
Ability to learn and adapt to new technological environments
Interest in working with AI models, data, agents, APIs and automation tools
Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation
Proactive attitude, technical curiosity and eagerness to learn
Education in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science or a similar field
Basic knowledge or initial experience in data-driven development
